   • 30-60 minute on-site visit (or remote via satellite)
   • Roof age + condition flagged for Smart Bundle eligibility
   • Shade analysis identifies optimal panel placement
   • Electrical panel checked for capacity

   We Shop the Market

   We reach out to installer partners from our referral list. Get competing quotes for your specific home. Compare pricing, equipment, warranties, and timelines.

   • Typically 3-5 quotes from installer partners
   • Side-by-side comparison sheet you can keep
   • We flag red lines (escalator clauses, vague warranties)
4. 4

   You Choose, We Manage

   Review quotes side-by-side with our guidance. We handle all paperwork: permits, utility applications, state-incentive registration, interconnection. Approvals typically take ~45 days.

   • We walk you through the contract line by line
   • Permits filed with your municipality
   • SREC-II registration submitted
   • Utility interconnection application processed
5. 5

   Installation & Savings

   Professional installation (typically one day). Final inspections. Utility grants permission to operate. System goes live — you start saving. We check in afterward to make sure everything's working perfectly.

   • 1-2 day install (3-5 days if Smart Bundle includes roof)
   • Municipal + electrical inspections
   • Utility PTO (Permission To Operate)
   • System monitoring setup; we confirm first month's production
