What this site is
mysolarbrokers.com is the website of Cosmos Solutions LLC, an independent solar and roofing brokerage based in New Jersey. The site is here to educate NJ homeowners about solar, roofing, and the Smart Bundle, and to connect them with Chris for a free consultation. Everything you read on this site is intended to be honest, accurate, and useful — but it's general information, not a binding offer or a substitute for personalized advice.
What it isn't
This site doesn't sell solar panels, roofing materials, financing, or insurance directly. Chris is a broker, not the installer. Any work performed on your home is performed by a licensed NJ installer partner under a separate contract between you and them. Cosmos Solutions LLC is not a party to that installation contract.
Use of the site
You're welcome to browse, link to, share, and quote any page on this site. You may not:
- Scrape, mirror, or wholesale-copy the content for republication.
- Use automated tools (bots, headless browsers, etc.) to submit forms or harvest data.
- Interfere with the site's normal operation (DDoS, exploit attempts, etc.).
- Use the contact forms to send spam, malicious links, or to harass anyone.
Estimates are estimates, not contracts
The savings calculator, sample numbers in articles, and any verbal estimates Chris gives you over the phone are all estimates — useful, NJ-specific, but not contracts. Your actual savings will depend on home-specific factors (roof orientation, shading, real usage patterns), utility rate movement, and the final pricing of whichever installer you choose. The only numbers that bind anyone are the ones in a signed installer contract.
Text messaging (SMS)
Program. Cosmos Solutions LLC operates two separate text-message programs through this site. The first is transactional: if you give me your mobile number when you ask for a quote, I may text you about that specific inquiry — appointment confirmations, estimate updates, and replies to questions you asked. The second is marketing: promotional offers and rate alerts, sent only if you separately check the marketing consent box in the site chat widget.
Consent is optional. Checking the marketing box is never required to get a quote, an estimate, or any other service, and declining it will not change the quote you receive or how quickly I respond. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Who sends them. Marketing texts under the chat-widget opt-in come from Cosmos Solutions LLC only. Installer partners do not send them, and your mobile opt-in information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. See the Privacy Policy for the full treatment.
Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, and those are between you and your mobile carrier — I don't control them.
Stopping messages. Reply STOP to any message to end that program at any time; you'll get one confirmation message and then nothing further. Reply HELP for help, or email me. Stopping marketing texts does not stop transactional texts about an inquiry you started, and vice versa — reply STOP to whichever you want to end.
Delivery. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text messaging is not guaranteed to be secure or timely, so don't use it for anything urgent or sensitive.

I sometimes link out to government sites (NJ BPU, EPA, IRS), installer partner sites, news stories, and educational resources. I don't control those sites, and a link doesn't equal endorsement of everything on the destination. Use your own judgment.
Liability limits
To the extent permitted by NJ law, Cosmos Solutions LLC's total liability arising from your use of this site is limited to the amount you paid me — which is zero, since my service is free to homeowners. I'm not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (lost profits, lost data, etc.). Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited (e.g., fraud or willful misconduct).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Middlesex County, NJ, and you and I consent to personal jurisdiction there.
Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. If the changes are material, I'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
