Our contract review process

When you're ready to sign, a broker sits down with you — in person or over video — and walks through every line of the contract. The quote, the state-level incentive disclosure forms, the financing terms, the warranty fine print. We translate the legalese and flag every clause that could bite you later: escalator clauses, hidden cancellation fees, performance guarantees that aren't really guarantees. You don't sign anything until you fully understand it.
